Eligibility: This drawing is open to all legal residents of the 50 United States, except where prohibited by law, who are at least 21 years of age at the time of entry. This sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law. Skyvision employees, families and suppliers are not eligible.

How to Enter:
General Entry Information: This drawing begins April 21, 2008 and ends October 31, 2008. No purchase is required.

Entry on Website: Go to the Skyvision website (www.skyvision.com) and follow the instructions on the screens. Enter your name, address, city, state, zip code and phone number. Skyvision, Inc. is not responsible for misdirected, illegible, incomplete, garbled, fragmented or delayed Internet/email computer transmissions or network/ISP/Web site/or Internet accessibility.
Entry by Mail: On plain paper, hand print your name, address, city, state, zip code and phone number and mail to: Skyvision Drawing, 1010 Frontier Dr, Fergus Falls, MN 56537. No entry submitted by mail will be acknowledged. Skyvision, Inc. is not responsible for misdirected, illegible, incomplete or undeliverable mail entries.

How the winner is chosen: On November 4, 2008, one winner for this promotion will be selected in a random drawing from a pool of eligible participants. The odds of winning this drawing depend upon the number of entries received. By entering this promotion, entrants fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions the sponsor, which will be final and binding in all matters relating to the promotion. Purchase does not increase your odds of winning.

Prize: The winner of this drawing will receive two airline tickets to any continental US destination. Departure must be from a continental US airport and travel is restricted to the 48 contiguous states. Tickets must be used by October 31, 2009. Some restrictions may apply and are subject to World Perks restrictions and blackout dates. The prize is not transferable and cash will not be awarded in lieu of stated prize.

Notification and Redemption: The winner of this drawing will be notified via phone or by regular first-class mail. Winners may be required to verify his or her identity. Within 14 days of notification, the winner must execute, notarize, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Price Acceptance certifying that they have followed the Official Rules of this promotion. If the first winner does not claim their prize, a second drawing will he held in the same manner as the first.

The Official Rules are subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations including any requirements/limitations imposed by any governmental agency. This promotion is void where prohibited by law.
Each participant in this promotion warrants that he/she has read these Official Rules and agrees to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of Skyvision, Inc. and its representatives.
All federal, state and local income taxes and all surcharges and fees on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Participants agree that all information entered is owned by Skyvision, Inc. and can be used for any purpose, including publication in other mediums.
Acceptance of the price constitutes permission for Skyvision, Inc. to use winner's names and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes in any media without compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Any lawsuit filed as a result of this promotion will be resolved under the laws of the State of Minnesota, USA and participants agree that he/she is subject to personal jurisdiction in any federal or state court in the State of Minnesota, USA.
The winner, winner's agent, successors, heirs and assigns, release Skyvision, Inc. and its owner, successors, subsidiaries and assigns from any and all liability associated with this promotion.

Indemnification

By entering, participants, their successors and representatives, hereby release and hold harmless Skyvision, Inc. and its affiliates, principals, directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability for any damages (including direct, special, consequential, exemplary or indirect damages), loss or injury of any kind, or claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy, arising from or in connection with the sweepstakes or any prize won, whether arising out of contract, warranty, negligence, strict liability in tort or otherwise.

Additional Terms

Skyvision reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, extend or suspend this promotion should (in its sole discretion) virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, fraud or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the promotion. In such case, Skyvision reserves the right to select the winner from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by sponsor. Skyvision reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the promotion. Sponsor may prohibit an entrant from participating in the promotion or winning the prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices (including the use of automatic quick entry programs) or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrants or Skyvision representatives.
